Vancouver Mind-Body Centre is dedicated to challenging people to try new thing and grow through personal training, group fitness and martial arts.
We are striving to improve our society through incorporating concepts of harmony, non-violence and confidence development.
Our instructors are mostly volunteers. They teach as a way of giving back to society. They are not compensated for their time – their compensation is the smile on the face of a student or the look of confidence they get from a participant who has mastered a move or a technique.
